Always something brewing
The espresso machine is just the start. Pull up a chair for cuppings, classes and slow Sunday sessions — most of it free, all of it caffeinated.

Beyond the counter
Fitzroy runs on more than caffeine
A café is only as good as the street it sits on. Here's where our beans, time and day-old pastries end up when we're not pouring:
Nothing wasted — every unsold bake goes to OzHarvest's evening run.
Fundraiser roasts — a special blend each term for the Fitzroy Primary fete, at cost.
Runners' club — Saturdays 7am from our door. Slow pace, fast batch brew after.
Local walls — art on rotation from Rose St makers, commission-free.
Got something to host?
Book clubs, crit nights, tiny gigs, very small weddings — the room is yours after 4pm. We'll keep the machine on and the lights warm.
Private hire from $250 incl. staff & bottomless batch brew

Never miss a cupping
Dates land in the Journal and on the chalkboard by the door — the chalkboard is usually first.
