Pour your heart into it
We're a small crew that takes coffee seriously and ourselves much less so. If you like early mornings, good banter and genuinely learning a craft, read on.
Why here
The deal, upfront
Paid coffee education
Cupping every week, SCA courses funded after six months, roastery time if you want it.
Beans on the house
A 250g bag every week, plus mates' rates for your household's serious habit.
No split shifts
We close at 4. Your evenings are yours, penalty rates are real, and Sundays are properly paid.
A crew, not a roster
Four years average tenure says more than anything we could write here.
